The Google boss introduced a „comprehensive action plan“ to better support employees. The measures included having employees decide for themselves in the future whether cases of sexual harassment were conducted before private arbitration tribunals. Additionally, Google is expanding mandatory training and offering „live support“ for complaints and concerns.
