Not Good News for Apple Owners: The company has faced problems with the iPhone X and the MacBook Pro. It is about the touchscreen as well as possible data loss.
For two products Apple has to announce technical difficulties: the iPhone X and the MacBook Pro. As the company announced on its website, the smartphone model of the previous year are affected and the MacBook certain models with 13-inch screen.
Thus, with the iPhone X, some touchscreens might not respond properly to touch or vice versa: The display responds, even though it was not touched at all. The company offers to remedy the error free of charge.
For some models of the MacBook Pro, which were sold between June 2017 and June 2018, it may in turn lead to data loss and failure of the drive, as the Apple says. Again, owners should report to have the possibly defective part replaced.
